Protections for Reporting Fraud in New York
The Granite/Traylor/Frontier-Kemper JV was awarded the contract for the construction of the Eastside Access Queens Bored Tunnels in Queens, NY in October 2009. MTA requires contractors performing work in New York to provide a copy of the Protections for Reporting Fraud in New York notice to all employees working on an MTA project.
