The Northeast Division of FKCI was established in 1994 to obtain and perform heavy civil projects in the northeastern United States, with special concentration on the region centered on New York City. The Division accomplishes tunneling, shaft sinking, and has been assigned several vital emergency contracts by major agencies. The Northeast Division also works in cooperation with other FKCI Divisions whenever their expertise in working in congested urban areas can be useful.
Operating from a 4600 square foot office in the Westchester County suburb of Pelham, Northeast Division staff includes estimators, engineers, managers and specialists under the direction of Division President Richard Raab with operations managed by Vice President Vincent Sambrato.
