The Northwest Division of FKCI was established in Seattle, Washington in 1998, and is responsible for obtaining and performing mining and civil projects in the western United States and western Canada. While mainly focused on tunneling, bridge construction and wastewater work is also undertaken. In addition, the Northwest Division works in cooperation with other FKCI Divisions for mining and civil projects in other parts of the United States and participates with HDH Group companies in foreign projects.

Operating from a 3000 square foot office near historic Fisherman's Terminal on the Ship Canal, the Northwest division staff includes estimators, engineers and managers under the direction of Division President Dave Rogstad.
