Dave Rogstad - Dave received his B.S. in Building Construction (cum laude) in 1979 from the University of Washington. Soon after, he joined S. J. Groves & Sons Company and worked as an engineer on lock, dam and bridge projects on the Mississippi and Saginaw Rivers. Dave was Project Manager for S. A. Healy Co. on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit's NC-1B project, which involved 35,000 lf of rail tunnel and related structures. He joined FKCI in 1995 as an Estimator in the Evansville office. In 1997 he was promoted to Regional Manager of FKCI's Northwest Division Office. He recieved his M.B.A. in 2001 from the University of Washington. Dave was promoted to Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer in January of 2003, and was elected Treasurer in March, 2003. In 2007, Dave was transferred to the Evansville Headquarters Office where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, Dave was promoted to President and CEO of Frontier-Kemper.



Chuck McGlothlen - Chuck earned his B.S. in Accounting/Management from Evangel University and his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant. After beginning his career as a Staff Auditor for Cogagne & Call, Chuck went to work for Construx of Illinois as Controller, where he played an active role in project and financial management. Chuck accepted the Controller position for Beaty Construction where he was responsible for financial reporting of six different divisions and two affiliated companies. Chuck previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for Smock Fansler & Pulte Homes prior to coming to Frontier-Kemper as Treasurer/CFO in 2003.



Rich Raab - Rich has earned a B.S., Civil Engineering, Manhattan College, 1972; M.S., Civil Engineering, Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, 1977, and J.D., St. John's University School of Law, 1983. Rich joined FKCI in 1993 as Regional Manager of the New York office. Previously he worked for Grow Tunneling for twenty years where his most recent position was Senior Vice President of Engineering and Estimating and Corporate Counsel. He has also worked as a private attorney and as a Resident Engineer for the New York City Transit Authority. Rich is currently President of the Northeast Division Office, Vice President of FKCI and a Director of the corporation. Rich is a Professional Engineer and Licensed Attorney in New York State.



Steve Redmond - Steve earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic institute, 1984; and his M.B.A. in Finance, Rochester institute of Technology, 1991. Steve is a Registered Professional Engineer in California, New York, and Massachusetts. After graduating from college, Steve was a cost/schedule engineer for Morrison Knudsen. He then worked for Guy F. Atkinson for several years on the Stanislaus River design/build hydro project. In 1988, he joined Grow Tunneling of NYC and was first assigned to a combined sewer overflow project in Rochester, New York. After the purchase of Grow Tunneling by Kiewit, Steve was assigned to the Boston Harbor Project as Project Engineer. He joined FKCI in 1995 as Assistant Project Manager at the Westside Light Rail Project in Oregon. From mid-1996 to mid-1999 he was loaned to Wayss & Freytag and worked on the Saavedra-Moron water tunnel project in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Upon return to the U.S. he worked in the Northwest Division Office preparing estimates and tenders for work throughout the U.S. and abroad. Steve has returned to FKCI as Vice President of Civil Construction after 3-1/2 years as Tunnel Manager/Project Manager on the Beacon Hill Station and Tunnels Project in Seattle.



Tom Kilmartin - Tom has a Major in Business Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He has 18 years of construction engineering and management experience at the field level, followed by 12 years of corporate level experience including 7 years at the senior level management level. His diverse experience includes soft ground and hard rock tunnel and shaft projects, subway stations, pipelines, power projects, buildings and other structures, and other heavy civil work. Previously, he worked for S. A. Healy Company as Vice President of Contract Administration; for Tutor-Saliba Corporation as Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager; and for Harrison Western Corporation as Manager of Contract Administration. In August 2007, Tom joined FKCI as Director of Contract Management.
