FKC-Lake Shore and Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc. were contracted to supply Warrior Met Coal BCE, LLC with complete, turn-key packages for Blue Creek Mine's new service and slope portals. FKC-Lake Shore's scope of work includes:
