Fresnillo PLC contracted FKC-Lake Shore to design, build, and install a record-breaking 400m-lift Vertical Conveyor System for the San Diego Shaft at their Fresnillo Mine. The Vertical Belt is a FLEXOWELL® S-shape system measuring 830m total in length. The system handles 200 metric tons-per-hour at 400m of vertical lift. The contract included:
