Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc. and FKC-Lake Shore were contracted by Buchanan Minerals, LLC to deepen Vent Shaft #1 and design, build, and install a complete, turn-key Production Hoisting System. FKCI's Mine Division scope of work includes:
  • Vent Shaft #1
    • 200 VF Shaft Deepening—Conventionally Excavated
    • Additional Excavation for Loading Equipment
    • 22-ft. Shaft Diameter
    • 20-ft. Shaft Diameter Concrete Lined
